The Multinational Client (MNC) Program is a corporate led program within ARCADIS that provides seamless delivery of technical and business solutions to ARCADIS' strategic global clients. For each client, a program is customized for their specific needs and is led by a dedicated Global Account Manager (GAM) with the responsibly and authority to serve the client worldwide. The GAMs are senior professionals with expertise in the client’s business, highly knowledgeable of ARCADIS’ global capabilities, are experienced in dealing with various cultural sensitivities, and have the demonstrated program management ability to serve global clients. These professionals are specifically selected for their positions by ARCADIS’ executive management and complete a year-long training program that qualifies them to serve global clients.
The GAMs are an integral part of ARCADIS’ commitment to global clients and are central to the firm’s global career track in Global Account Management. Accountable to each GAM are ARCADIS Account Principals in various countries who serve the client in that country which optimizes service delivery with persons knowledgeable of local conditions. The GAMs, Account Principals, and other professionals comprise the Global Account Team that is dedicated and motivated to serve their global clients.
The goal of the MNC Program is to provide business offerings that improve our client’s global competitiveness and profitability. These tailor made offerings are prepared by the Global Account Teams representing experts from ARCADIS’ business lines of environment, buildings, water, and infrastructure, as appropriate.
