ARCADIS Aqumen Facility Management (AAFM), in which ARCADIS has a 50% stake, has recently expanded its significant portfolio to the financial sector, creating an opportunity to further extend its facility management expertise. The five-year contract with Van Lanschot Bankiers, which provides financial services to high net-worth individuals, businesses, and investors in Netherlands and Belgium, demonstrates AAFM’s ability to add substantial value not only to industrial settings, but to financial services businesses as well.

The approximately 35 employees of Van Lanschot who were previously responsible for facility management in the bank will be transferred to AAFM. Its proprietary approach to delivering sophisticated and consistent facility management to multinational companies is poised to result in greater operational efficiency for Van Lanschot.
